Idea – Launch a new "Annual Fund" to school families and educate the audience about the importance of building a fund like this for budget planning and continued academic excellence.
Challenge – The school had an existing tuition assistance program but struggled every year to get parent participation and raise the actual funds that "bridged the gap" between the price of tuition and the actual cost to educate each student.
Client – Saint Clement School, Chicago, IL
Role – Strategy, concepting, copywriting, art direction and design. As a co-chair for the launch, we recruited team members, created a marketing plan and presented to school families. The first year we exceeded our goal by 20% and had a record 90% participation. The fund has continued to thrive and is in its 6th year.
